Careers
Build a career on a promise people can feel.
Prime Insurance is Rwandan, accredited and thirty years in — and we are hiring people who would rather settle a claim today than explain a delay tomorrow.

Why Prime
A place where the work is measured in hours, not quarters.
Work that visibly matters
Every file you touch is someone's car, clinic bill or livelihood. Our promise to settle small motor claims within an hour only holds because of the people who keep it.
Small teams, real ownership
You will own a portfolio, a process or a product line — not a corner of a spreadsheet. Decisions are made close to the work.
Learn the whole business
Underwriting, reinsurance, actuarial, claims and digital sit in the same building. Rotations and cross-team projects are normal here.
Stability since 1995
A National Bank of Rwanda accredited insurer with a nationwide branch network — grown steadily for three decades.
What you get
Looked after, so you can look after clients.
